Coast II is a modern wooden house and continuation of the Coast I project. Thanks to an additional closed room with an area of over 86 sf, it offers even greater functionality and space for arrangement. The 671 sf house is perfect for both year-round and summer private and investment purposes.
The house is made of solid wood, 70 mm (2 3/4") thick , ensuring durability and stability of the structure. Four-sided logs are joined with a double tongue-and-groove connection. The walls are 9' high and the top reaches 11.5'. The entire external structure is colorlessly impregnated , which provides protection against negative external factors.
Large windows (14' 9" x 7' 3") lets in natural light, adding coziness and spaciousness to the interior. The ground floor layout consists of a living room with dining room (over 215 sf), bedroom (approx. 86 sf), kitchen (54 sf) and a bathroom (approx. 65 sf). Additionally, a terrace with an area of almost 270 sf is a perfect place to relax outdoors.
Our wooden houses are made in a modern factory, using precise production methods, ensuring the highest quality of the product. Additionally, we offer the opportunity to use additional services (i.e. insulation, roofing, & mini-split hvac).
