Karensa 44 is a lovely little multipurpose summerhouse, designed to make the most out of beautiful summer days. A garden room that shares its roof with a large veranda offers functional indoor and outdoor space. Complete with 0.70″ floorboards and a wooden subframe that comes as standard, it can be mounted even on a flat base of paving stones. With some additional insulation, the garden room becomes usable all year round.
You can be confident in the performance of our double glazed doors and windows, that help make the summerhouse completely rain- and wind-resistant. Solid 1.73″ thick wall planks are made of natural Nordic spruce with 4-fold corner milling. Extra robust roof construction is also suitable for higher snow and wind load zones.
Insulation glass of the doors, rubber seals on the doors and windows, and patented wind lock inside make it a safe and protective space for years to come.
