The RITA model is a versatile cabin that can be used for various purposes at the same time. This is made possible by its three-room layout with one large room and two smaller ones. Over 20m2 of ground space in three separate rooms makes it perfect for a private annex, but it could also be used as a garden room with a small home office attached to it.
This garden room should suit almost every location. Its modest yet modern styling does not have many special features, but large terrace doors let in plenty of daylight. A simple flat roof functions just as well as any gable roof, and classical cross-corner joints provide the cabin with structural integrity.
The product comes in a flat pack with everything included for a trouble-free installation process. The product itself can be installed on a number of foundation types but the best option, if possible, would be a concrete pad foundation.
The RITA 44 can be installed by using our installation manual and having some prior experience in wooden house installation or construction, but we advise you to use our qualified installation service. If you need any additional work then please don’t hesitate to contact us – our installation crew will be happy to help you and provide a quote at a competitive price.
